Dr. Michele Iemolo

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Dr. Michele Iemolo brings together multiple therapeutic approaches, holding credentials as a licensed psychologist, registered dance/movement therapist, certified somatic breathwork practitioner, and board-certified behavior analyst. Her skill areas extend to yoga instruction, sound healing, conscious dance facilitation, DJing and meditation techniques. What distinguishes her approach is an exceptional ability to observe and connect with others beyond words. Dr. Michele’s work is grounded in the principle that movement and behavior are forms of expression, communication and self-regulation. Whether during an assessment, therapy session or on the dance floor, Michele supports others in decoding their movement expressions to deepen their understanding of themselves and others, strengthen communication and social skills, as well as cultivate authentic, meaningful relationships.
